Bizzy Cold Brew – Bold and fruity, our bottled, ready-to-drink cold brew coffee is crafted to be lower in acidity and big on flavour.
Pearly Oat Latte – A refreshing coffee indulgence with a creamy nutty flavour
Palmy ra Caffe – Locally called Neera, the palm nectar used in this cold brew is extracted from the toddy palms in the Konkan region of Maharashtra.

Refund Policy
We're totally stoked about our coffee and we'd love it if you love it as much as we do. However, if you are unsatisfied with any coffee purchase you have made from our website, just give us a shout out within 7 days of shipment on nell@cuppacity.com for a replacement or 100% refund of the purchase price back to your account, with such return / refund is justified and agreed upon us both.
Please make sure to include:
- Your name
- Date of purchase
- The items you would like refunded
- Order Number
- The reason for the return (optional, but we’ve love to use your feedback to improve our products) (Throw in images for us to expedite the process for you)
Refunds are initiated within 5 days of notification. The amount of time it takes before the money is credited back to the customer's account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer's bank.

Cancellations on coffee orders will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Damages
www.cuppacity.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
