SHIPPING INFORMATION
Step 1
Once you place an order on the website, our online orders team gets notified and passes on the order details to our production team.
Step 2
Our production team goes through your order to ensure that the products are in stock. Simultaneously, our logistics team ensures that your location is within our delivery radius and serviceable by our courier partners.

Step 3
Our production team hand picks the products based on your flavour selection and transfers them to our packaging team, who carefully packages each item to ensure that the freshness and quality of the products is retained.
For orders within Mumbai, please allow a lead time of 24 hours for delivery from the date of placing your order. For orders within other cities of India, please allow 1-4 days from the date of placing your order.
*Please note that local and national holidays may affect the delivery date / timeline of your order delivery.
Step 5
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email and text, and be provided with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order from the time it leaves our central kitchen and makes its way to the delivery location stated in your order.
Please note that our products are sensitive to heat and direct sunlight. Hence, we recommend providing a delivery address where someone is able to receive promptly and store the products correctly and immediately after delivery receipt.

CANCELLATIONS
In case you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. However, it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been dispatched. A refund for a successfully cancelled order will only be made in the form of ‘online store’ credit and will be processed after confirmation of cancellation.
Damaged / incorrect orders
We hope that you are happy with your order purchase. However, upon receiving your order and in case of any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your order, please notify us promptly via email on . Upon further investigation, if any errors in order processing are found, we will offer you an ‘online store’ credit. The complaint notification email should be sent to us within 24 hours of the order having been delivered to you. Our team may need further information to help with solving your complaint. This information must be provided to us within 72 hours of the original complaint notification email sent to us.
Subject to our findings and in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, we may, as a gesture of goodwill, offer you an ‘online store’ credit of the part or full value of your order including shipping charges.
Please allow us 7 days to arrange for replacements to any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your original order.
