NativeTongue.in is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship every Tuesday and Thursday, except Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
What are your shipping charges?
Within Maharashtra: we charge Rs 75 per KG for shipping. Every KG added will be charged an additional Rs 75.
To other states: we charge Rs 100 per KG for shipping. Every KG added will be charged an additional Rs 100.
Do you deliver to my city?
We deliver to all metros and major cities across India.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once your order is placed on the website and the same is accepted, we will issue an email confirming of your order. We strive to ship ordered products typically within 2 - 6 working days of order placement and confirmation. Upon successful shipment of an order, we will send you an email intimation. The typical delivery date shall be within 5 days of shipping for all metros and major cities in India and 2 days for Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.
Refund Policy
In an unlikely event that we are unable to deliver within 12-15 business days of placing the order, we will cancel the order and refund any amounts to the same account from which such payments were made from.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, please call/text/whatsApp us at (+91) 77009 21550 mentioning your Order ID and full user information. In most cases, we will ensure that a brand-new replacement is sent to you at no additional cost.
