Peepal Farm Kombucha is brewed in small batches, in glass jars. Before bottling, it is tested for the perfect balance of sweet and tart. You can drink it straight up or ferment it with a fruit of your choice. Kombucha begins its journey with sweetened black tea, but towards the completion of the fermentation process, most of the sugar has been broken down into healthy organic acids. All of our products are made by local women from Dhanotu village in Peepal Farm’s solar-powered kitchen. All profits go towards running our stray animal rescue and social enterprise!
