Shipping Policy
- Riti offers free shipping on all domestic orders within India, where available.
- Items marked with "Ready to Ship" will be dispatched within 2 business days from receipt of order.
- All orders on items marked with "Made to Order" will be dispatched within 10 business days from receipt of order.
- Customers will be notified by email about the dispatch of their purchase along with Tracking Number.
- Riti shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased products caused by flood, fire, war, force majeure or any cause that is beyond our control.
- In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake at the customer's end (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be in the scope of the customer.
- Customers must agree to provide authentic and true information to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Riti reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partially), Riti has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available on its website and other affiliated websites without any prior intimation.
- For international shipping, shipping costs are calculated based on cumulative weight of entire order. All duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer.
- Any products once shipped will not be eligible for cancellation.
Refund Policy
- Products that are damaged in transport or have a manufacturing defect, must be notified by email within 24 hours of the product being delivered. The customer is expected to write in to connectwithriti@gmail.com with the complaint and photo of the damaged product. In such cases, RITI will investigate the damage from our end and confirm via email the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- In cases of exchange, no additional cost will be charged to the customer. However, there will be no refund.
- On return of a product, we ask that you return the goods unused, with all the original tags intact, along with the original packaging such as dust bags, boxes and dispatch note supplied with your delivery.
- If customer email is not received within 24 hours, RITI will not be held liable for exchange.
- In case a product is to be returned due to reasons excluding the above (damage in transport or manufacturing defect) – please write to us within 7 days on connectwithriti@gmail.com stating return request, reason for return and a photo of the product.
- On return of a product, we ask that you return the goods unused, with all the original tags intact, along with the original packaging such as dust bags, boxes and dispatch note supplied with your delivery.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping for returning your product to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend that you use a track-able courier service and retain proof of postage.
- In case a product is to be refunded, please note that the refund will be processed through the same mode as the original payment, within 7 business days.
