The Plastic-Free Kitchen Combo includes:

  • 3x Natural Dishwash Scrubs
  • 2x Natural Bristles Bottle Cleaner Brushes
  • 1x Bamboo Soap Tray (big enough to hold dishwash bars)
  • 1x Reusable Food / Sandwich Wrap

All the products are made by rural artisans or women in Self Help Groups.

The dishwash scrub is made from dried gourd – layered and stitched for a longer life.

The natural bristles bottle cleaner is made with soft sisal bristles which are effective in cleaning but do not leave any scratches on the surface.

The bamboo soap tray is handcrafted by artisans and treated using proprietary treatments. No paint is used in the process.

Shipping Policy

We generally procure and ship the items within the 7 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

All our products are packed without any plastic and we use old newspaper, cardboard cartons and paper tape for packaging. We urge you to recycle the newspaper and the carton to minimise the environmental impact.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • Product’s availability and courier pick up service availability
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.

Refund Policy

  • A full refund of the selling price and shipping costs for damaged product delivery when the customer shares proof of damaged or broken product with pictures within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost (if the customer chooses to replace the product instead of a refund) only in case of broken or damaged goods received and if the complaint is raised within 48 hours (so that we can share the same with our logistics partners)
  • No refund / replacement will be offered by the seller in case the product is delivered in good condition but the customer changes their mind or do not have a valid reason for replacement
  • The seller will not bear any costs for replacements offered by the marketplace without aligning the seller and for replacements or refunds offered for dissatisfaction where there is no issue with the product
  • Handmade products have small variations and the same is shared on all product detail pages by the seller - in such cases, handmade products will not be accepted for returns if the customer is trying to match it exactly with the images
  • Only products which have not been used will be refunded or replaced. If any product has been used already, it cannot be refunded or replaced. For the same, the original product may need to be shipped back by the customer.
  • We will not refund shipping charges to a customer for refusing to accept product delivery for any reason. Refusal to accept delivery will instead also lead to the reverse logistics delivery charges being deducted from the refund amount due to the customer
