What products are listed on VeganMall?

All kinds of Vegan products are listed for sale on VeganMall. Since VeganMall is an Exclusively Vegan marketplace only Vegan Products are available on VeganMall.

By Vegan we mean,

NO animal ingredients or by-products are used in the actual product or in its manufacturing process(clarification or finishing).

NO animals are used, exploited or harmed in the manufacturing process of the product (Eg. Honey is made by exploiting Honey Bees).

NO Animal Testing happened on the finished product or on its ingredients by supplier, producer, manufacturer or independent party.

NO Animal-derived GMOs or genes are used to manufacture ingredients or finished products.

To give you more clarity, the products will not contain any of the below;

  • Meat or Meat by-products (Chicken, Goat, Sheep, Cow, Pig, Carmene, Shellac, Sugar refined with bone char, Gelatin etc.,)

How does VeganMall ensures the listed product is Vegan?

Ensuring only Vegan products are listed is the top most priority for us. Checks are implemented and enforced at various levels to ensure the same. 

The Sellers are well aware that VeganMall is an exclusively Vegan marketplace and they also know that their brand and reputation is at stake if they accidentally list non Vegan products on VeganMall.

Sellers are chosen and are allowed to register and list products only after ensuring they are here to sell only Vegan products and are also educated on the same.

It is mandatory for sellers to self Declare a product as Vegan without which the product can not be listed in the first place.

The products that are listed are regularly monitored for listing compliance and whichever does not meet the guidelines are immediately removed and the sellers are notified.

The buyers are also welcome to point out any discrepancies or issues with the product being Vegan or if more clarification is required on a product.

How can I find Licensed/Certified Vegan products on VeganMall?

Yes, look for ‘PETA-Approved Vegan’ Logo in the product description page for products approved by PETA India.

Are the products listed on VeganMall FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) approved?

Yes, all food products listed on VeganMall will have FSSAI approval. FSSAI Logo with License number should be displayed on all products. In case if you are not able to find them, get in touch with us and we will provide you the required information.

How can I find Licensed/Certified Ayurvedic Vegan products on VeganMall?

Yes, look for AYUSH Premium Mark or AYUSH Standard Mark on the product description page. These marks ensure the product is certified Ayurvedic product.


How can I find Licensed/Certified Organic Vegan products on VeganMall?

Yes, look for Jaivik Bharat, India Organic & PSG-India Organic Logo’s on the product description page. These marks ensure the product is certified Organic product.

What can I do if the product listed is not entirely Vegan?

Being an exclusively Vegan Marketplace, we take utmost care to ensure all products listed are Vegan. In rare cases when you find a product that is not Vegan or its manufacturing process is not completely Vegan, please do inform us and we will do the necessary investigation immediately. 

Is making payments on VeganMall safe and Secure?

VeganMall is integrated with Cashfree payment gateway. Cashfree is Level 1 PCI Compliant payment gateway, this is the highest PCI level with the strictest requirements. We assure you that your payments are highly secure. Customers paying through Cashfree on VeganMall will be redirected to a Cashfree hosted page where they enter their card details. The card details and any other sensitive information will directly be transmitted to Cashfree servers and will never be shared with VeganMall or pass through its servers. Being PCI compliant, Cashfree is authorized to accept card and any other sensitive payment details on its website. Be rest assured, your are in safe hands.

How can I make payments for my purchase?

There are multiple payment options available on VeganMall to pay for your orders. You can pay using your debit card, credit card, online banking, wallets etc.,. All online payments are processed by Cashfree payment gateway. Pay on Delivery is also available for selected products. We constantly look for feedback and add new payment methods requested by customers.

Can I cancel my orders without occurring any charges?

Yes, if you have placed an order by mistake or no longer need the product, we request you to Cancel the order as soon as possible before it is shipped. Cancel option is available for orders that has not been shipped. Go to your My Accounts Orders page, select the specific order and Cancel to proceed further. Note that if the product is already shipped only Return option will be  available.

All products that are not yet shipped are eligible for cancellation and the full amount including shipping will be refunded immediately on cancellation. Get in touch with us if you need any help with cancelling your order.



How can I return my orders and get refunded?

All Returns are handled based on VeganMall's Returns & Refunds policy. We request you to go through the policy to understand the process and for trouble free returns and refunds.

Go to your My Accounts Orders page, select the specific order and Return to proceed further. Note that if the product is already shipped only Return option is available. Get in touch with us if you need any help with cancelling your order.

What is the mode of Refund?

For Prepaid orders, refunds are made to the same mode used during payment. In case of Pay on Delivery orders, the refunds are made using Cashgram.

How long will it take to process Refunds?

Refunds are processed immediately for Cancelled products. For Returned products, refunds are processed after verification of returned products and approval by respective seller. Please go through VeganMall's Returns & Refund Policy

Will there be any deductions for Cancellations / Returns?

For Cancellations, there will not be any deductions, the full amount paid will be refunded.

For Returns, there is a possibility of deduction of shipping charges. Please go through VeganMall's Returns & Refund Policy. We try our best to ensure that genuine returns are processed without any deductions. We request you to kindly get in touch with us in case if you face any difficulty with returning a product and we will assist you.

Can I Cancel/Return any product purchased on VeganMall?

You can Cancel any of your product before it is shipped to get full refund. 

Returns are possible for most of the products. If the product is not Returnable it will be mentioned in the product description page.

Within what time will the products be shipped after placing an order?

The orders would be shipped within a day or two. In case of any delays or issues with shipping, please feel free to reach out to us.

Who handles the shipping?

For products that are shipped through VeganMall's shipping partner, Shipping labels are created immediately on placement of order and information is sent to the seller to handover the product to the shipping partner.

For products that are shipped by sellers directly, the sellers take care of shipping.

What are the shipping charges?
  • For shipping done through VeganMall's shipping partners: Standard and Express Shipping (Vamaship). The charges are auto calculated based on the address and will be displayed during checkout.
  • For shipping done by Sellers themselves, the shipping cost is set by the Sellers and will be displayed during checkout.

Note: All Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout. Please ensure to enter complete address to calculate correct shipping charges during checkout. 

How to track the status of the orders?

The shipping and delivery status of all orders can be tracked in the My Account Orders page under Track Packages Action of the respective order.

The tracking details are available for the products that are shipped and email communication will be sent for any status change on the order.

Is there free shipping?

The Short Answer: Free shipping is available for certain products. If it is available for a product, it is mentioned in the product details page. Sellers bear the cost of shipping in this case.

The Long Answer: Free hipping is simply not sustainable in its true form for a marketplace. Free shipping may seem attractive but in reality the customers are paying the cost in some other hidden form.

VeganMall simply cannot afford free shipping. VeganMall's commission rates are very minimal at just 3%. With 1% cashback on all orders, we are left with 2% margin to manage all the operations and maintenance of VeganMall. Shipping cost for an order in most cases are well above 2%.

As a benefit of low commission rates, sellers have the option to bear the shipping cost and provide free shipping, provide good discounts on their products on VeganMall compared to other marketplaces. It is more likely that you will find products at lesser price on VeganMall compared to any other marketplace. This helps in creating a transparent and sustainable marketplace ecosystem where sellers are fairly treated with full freedom and with less burden of selling on a marketplace.

Within how long will the products be delivered?

Delivery estimates including preparation and packing time is displayed during checkout. In majority of the cases, the products should be delivered between 2-7 days after the order in placed. In case of delays please get in touch with us and we will help you out.

How is the return shipping handled?

For products that are shipped through VeganMall's shipping partners, return shipping is handled by VeganMall. On Placing the Return request, a return shipping label will be generated and you will be notified by email to handover the product in its original package to the shipping partner using the return shipping label.

For products that are shipped by seller directly, the seller will get in touch with you for the return shipping or you can get in touch with the seller. In case of any issues, please feel free to reach out to us.

Who pays for the return shipping?

For all genuine returns, the return shipping will not be charged to customers. It would be either paid by the seller or by VeganMall. Please check VeganMall's Returns & Refunds policy
