Returns & Refunds for all products purchased on VeganMall are processed as per this policy. If any terms are mentioned in a particular product page related to Returns and Refunds then those terms will take precedence over the terms mentioned here.
Kindly note that all products are not returnable. Most of the Food products are generally not returnable. The Product description and details will show if the product can be returned or not. If the product is returnable then you have 7 calendar days to return the product from the date it was delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your product must be in the original packaging. Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Kindly do not accept the package if you suspect it has been tampered. If you choose to accept a tampered package, mention the details of the tampering in the delivery receipt before signing and accepting it.
In all cases with or without tampering, an unboxing video clearly showing the received package on all sides, opening of the package and opening of the contents inside the package without any editing or post processing is mandatory to process refunds by any courier company. So we advice you to take an unboxing video of all packages that you receive. Without the unboxing video the courier company will reject any claim of damage or tampering, so we will not be able to process refunds.
The return request for the product can be placed directly from the My Account Dashboard, under Orders section, by clicking on the Cancel/Return Action for that particular Order. This which open a popup window, select the item to return, fill reason and submit. Once the request is submitted we will process your return request. Alternatively you can Contact Us for returns.
For Cancelled orders, the refund will be processed immediately.
For Returned orders, the refund will be processed after the product is returned back to the Seller and verified by the Seller. In cases where the product was returned with no issues with it, then the return shipping cost would be deducted from your refund. If there is any issue with issuing a refund we will reach out to you.
The refund will be issued to the original method of payment and it will be credited to you within 7 working days depending the original method of payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be issued through Cashgram.
