Returns & Refunds are processed by the respective Sellers of the product under this policy. This is a general policy and the policy on the respective product page will have precedence over this general policy. Please read the returns policy on the product page carefully before purchasing the product.
You have 7 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your product must be in the original packaging.
Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the product is received, it will be inspected and you will be notified that the returned product has been received. You will be immediately notified on the status of your refund after the product inspection.
If your return is approved, a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) will be initiated.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s (or original method of payment provider’s) policies.
For Pay on Delivery orders, the refund will be issued through Cashgram.
In case of any issues with the product the return shipping cost will be on the Seller.
For any other reasons, you will have to bear the return shipping costs for returning your product.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost could be deducted from your refund based on Seller shipping policies. Please read the returns policy on the product page carefully before purchasing the product.
