“the world’s finest aam papad, infused with desi khand, enriched with kashmiri saffron, made the traditional way. ”
aam papad, a cherished indian delicacy, holds a storied past that traces back to the northern regions of india, particularly uttar pradesh and bihar. Its inception lies in the practice of sun-drying mango pulp, which was then sliced into thin strips and coated with natural sugar. This early version, known as “aam murabba,” gained popularity among the royal circles. Gradually, this treat transformed into the aam papad we know today.
