We currently deliver our cookies pan-India except for a few Pincodes. We have tied up with reliable logistics partners that ensure reliable delivery of our cakes, cookies and other products across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but at times due to some unforeseeable reason a delay may happen.

Most of our products are prepared to order & we need a lead time of 1-2 days to ready the product for you.

Once the products are ready the Logistics Partner picks up your product & delivers to you between the next 1-5 days. In case you want your package urgently request you to intimate us at cherryonatake@gmail.com so that we can ship at the earliest from our end. Express shipping is available with extra charges.

We ship on all days at evening except for Sundays & public holidays.

TAMPERED PACKAGING:

Please DO NOT accept a tampered package. If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery or that the package received is not your full order, please REFUSE to accept delivery of the product and send us a photo of the package at cherryonatake@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall investigate the matter at the earliest. Kindly note, for Bakery and Food items we can only accept a return if it is made at the time of delivery back to the delivery person and not once the product has been accepted.

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
