Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speed post. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, subject to Courier Company norms and usually takes between 3 to 7 days for delivery from time of placing the order. IHC is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (unless specified at the time of order).
IHC is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
For your security, IHC is unable to offer a Cash On Delivery (COD) service for orders, but we offer multiple convenient and secure payment options via our RazorPay Payments Gateway.
Limited Liability: In case the product is unavailable or out of stock, or the delivery address is outside standard deliverable areas or in case of unforseen or contingent circumstances beyond our control where your order cannot be processed, we will offer you a full refund for your purchase.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
IHC products go through a mandatory quality control inspection to maintain the highest International standards.
Should you find yourself not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, you can return the product to us in exchange for a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be returned within 4 days of receiving the product.
You may arrange to return the product to our warehouse.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If in case a replacement is not available we will arrange a full refund.
