In Savasana let the mind and body relax by placing the Bolster directly under your knees.
Place the Bolster between the thighs and bend forward for the Child?s Pose to support your torso.
Sit on the edge of the Bolster in Lotus Pose brings your hips higher than the knees making the posture more comfortable to hold a straight spine.
