The Alpinia & Tea Tree Cleansing Wash is gentle on the skin. Infused with anti-bacterial action of the alpinia extract and potent tea tree oil, it effectively removes blemishes impurities and excess oil, while regulating sebum production. The primary function of sebum production is to protect your skin and hair from moisture loss. The Alpinia & Tea Tree cleanisng wash ensures that the sebum production is regulated ensuring your skin stays protected from moisture loss.
Suitable for oily and combination skin prone to acne and blemishes.
How to use:
Take a coin sized amount of the face wash, in your palm and apply to your face. Gently massage it in a circular upwards motion. Rinse well with water. For optimal results use this face wash with the Paul Penders Chamomile & Moringa Skin Toner and the Paul Penders Aloe & Lavender All Day Moisturizer.

Paul Penders ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24-48* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. Charges applicable for COD orders.
Estimated Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products may take 5-7 days depending on location.
Paul Penders ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Paul Penders is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Paul Penders continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Paul Penders reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to the customer.
Address Change: You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.
Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment on your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 48hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
Incase of failed delivery/order cancelation after order dispatch, the shipping charges will be deducted as per actuals from the refund amount.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within3-5 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
What if I used discount vouchers during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
