Shipping Policy
All products are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. It takes between 1-7 working days for the delivery depending on the pincode. All orders are fulfilled with reputed delivery partners such as Bluedart / Xpressbees etc.
Refund Policy
We do not accept returns for the goods shipped. Only in the case of receiving damaged or wrong products we will refund the amount paid for the order.
You will have to email us at shellysdeli.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the wrong/damaged product.
We will receive and review your return request. Upon Approval the amount will be refunded to you.
All returns are subject to the discretion of Shellys Deli
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests, any time before we ship your order. Since all our cookies are made just for you, after receiving the order, unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund once the shipment is dispatched from our side.
