What is natural soap?

Natural soaps are made using various natural sources, which also includes organic ingredients. COCONUT OIL AND POWDER: Coconut oil is highly cleansing and conditioning to the skin and produces a wonderfully bubbly, creamy lather. It is rich in fatty acids which help to remove blemish-causing dirt, bacteria and dead skin, and it does so gently without irritating the skin.

Coconut powder is a great vegan alternative that provides the sugar content to the soap which results in rich thick lather which is extremely moisturising and not drying.

ALKANET ROOT POWDER:Alkanet Root, Anchusa officinalis is the root of the Alkanna tinctoria plant. The name alkanet comes from Arabic, al khenna (henna), from the red color of the roots that have been a great source of natural color. Alkanet Root is usually used to produce a natural blue or purple color in the soap. It was once used in Western Europe to relieve skin inflammation. Oil made with alkanet is an emollient that is soothing and softening to the skin.Our lavender soap is coloured with alkanet root powder.
