Damages, Exchange:
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This enables us to evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly.
Refunds:
Once evaluated as defective by our internal team, Refunds will be processed via the original payment method for prepaid orders and via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Refunds need to be placed within 24 hours of receiving the product.
