Shipping Policy

All our products ship around every corners of India. All orders above ₹799/- shall be eligible for Free Delivery through our courier partners (select pin codes and billing value after discount). The shipping charges are displayed during final payment mode while purchasing any products or/else you can used our shipping calculator to know the shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products. We put maximum effort to fast delivery with minimum cost of shipping. All our shipment partners follow the standard practice of shipping.  

Refund Policy

Refund

  • For any situations of product return, we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • At the same time we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) with a deduction of 2.5 % on the transaction value.
  • You will receive the credit within 4-7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Order Cancellation

All orders gets shipped on the same day except for the ones placed over the weekend and public holidays. So we are regret to say sorry for any cancellation of orders.

Returns Acceptance

We accept returns and refund of any our products only under the following situations:

  • If you are delivered a different item than what you had ordered, please contact us via phone or email, so that we can make arrangement for the product to be returned and replaced. Returns must be unopened & unused and returned along with the original packaging.
  • If you are delivered a damaged item, please contact us via phone or email, so that we can make arrangement for the product to be returned and product replaced or your money refunded within 3 to 5 working days.
