All confirmed orders are processed within a maximum of 48-72 hours. No orders shall be shipped on weekends and public holidays.
Orders will be delivered to you within a maximum of 5 – 7 working days after it is dispatched.
Orders will not be delivered on public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or text with the tracking number along with the link to track the order.
There is no obligation to deliver a shipment to the recipient personally. The order may be delivered to someone having apparent authority to accept the shipment on behalf of the recipient at the address indicated during the checkout.
A confirmation message will be sent to the registered number upon the delivery of the order.
We are not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond our control, such as floods/ heavy rains/ natural calamity/acts of God/national bandh/election dates/ curfews/ /COVID restrictions or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order.
We do not deliver to military or restricted areas.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us at the earliest to file a claim. Please take pictures and videos of all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address.
We do not take responsibility and will be considered undeliverable if the recipient fails or refuses to accept delivery or sign or pay for delivery of any shipment.
The shipment will be considered undeliverable if the shipment is detained or otherwise unable to clear local or state boundaries.
If nobody is present to receive the package at the address indicated at the checkout, additional charges will be levied for re-delivery.
Any charges that may be imposed after shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at business@hempverse.in. You may also share the pictures/ video of unboxing to let us know the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded through online mode. The shipping charges will be non-refundable (will be deducted from refund amount). Please allow 10-12 working days for the entire exchange process to be completed.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled only within 48 hours of placing the order. In case the product is shipped, then the order cannot be cancelled even if it is within the 48-hour time
