Shipping Policy

  1. a)Shipping Duration: Your order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days of receiving the order.b)Shipping Cost: If the total value of items in your shopping cart is between ₹0 – ₹749, the shipping cost is ₹50. If the total value of items in your shopping cart is ₹750 – ₹1,499, the shipping cost is ₹100. If the total value of items in your shopping cart is ₹1,500 or above then shipping is free. These shipping costs are applicable only to the products which are to be delivered within the Indian Territory and not outside India. Please contact us to find out more about our International shipping charges.c) Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment facility available with OMNIMAKIN.

    d) If two or more items are ordered, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations.

    e) For transit safety purpose products may be shipped separately.

    f) It is suggested by OMNIMAKIN that you should give a full and complete address with proper PIN code of the state to avoid returns and penalty charges. Please do note that courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address or PIN code do not match. Such type of charges and penalties will be paid by you and not by OMNIMAKIN to the courier company.

    g) You agree that charges of re-shipment of the same order will be payable by you.

    h) Rectification/change of address will only be allowed before dispatch of your order. Once your order is dispatched rectification/change of address will not be granted.

    i) OMNIMAKIN will not be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address.

    j) If Courier Company fails to deliver; you do not suffer any loss.

    k) You agree that you solely will be responsible and in no way OMNIMAKIN will be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial or direct or indirect damages to the package after being left at your address by postal / courier agencies.

    l) For any type of shipments to any girls hostel/college/school etc. specific date and time should be mentioned while placing the order to avoid returns due to permission issues of entering such premises. OMNIMAKIN will not be responsible for refund or credits if any nor shall re-ship the order in such type of circumstances.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds for all eligible returns are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase, Average time for refund after the return is verified by the returns team is 5-7 business days.
  2. Refund timelines depend on bank turnaround times and RBI guidelines. This may change from time to time. Business days shall mean the working days on which NuestraShop corporate office operates.
  3. Important: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your NuestraShop account should match with the name of the bank account holder. If you have paid the bills using a third-party account, refunds will be made to the same account. NEFT refunds will typically be initiated in 5 – 7 business days from our end and will be credited to your account in another 2 – 3 business days. NuestraShop will not be liable for any delay caused in refunds due to delay by third party affiliates (including banks), in providing information by the customer, technical issues and other reasons beyond its control.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We as a company understand that there will be circumstances whereby for genuine reasons a customer may decide to cancel an order. In such a situation Customers can cancel order before delivery or during delivery. But if the delivery is completed and has been accepted than the customer can either apply for Return and/or Refunds in case of any grievances.

  1. Canceling an Order prior to delivery
    • You may cancel your order before delivery by calling the customer care number available on the website.
  2. Cancelling order on Delivery:
    • In case of any discrepancies including tampered order box or contents, please alert the delivery team or call us on our customer care number for resolution.
    • Once the order is verified and acknowledged by the customer, the order in full or part cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the delivered order which is highly unlikely.
    • Refunds will be processed only for defective and incorrect deliveries.
    • All refunds will be made only through NEFT to the account which is provided by the customer. Refunds for Credit Card payments will take 7-10 days to get processed.
    • Acceptance of the Goods: We request you to verify the complete details and the documents provided to you, before acceptance of the Goods. Any complaints with regard to shortage of Goods, defects or otherwise will not be entertained by Nuestra Shop once the same are accepted at the time of delivery. You may inform us by calling us on our customer care number in case of any shortage or damage to any product before accepting the delivery.
