We operate deliveries from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the courier company handling your order. Typically, you can start tracking your package 24 hours after the dispatch, unless unforeseen circumstances, beyond our control, delay the updates (such as technical issues with the logistics company or weather disruptions).
RETURNS & REFUND
All of our products fall under the category of perishable food items, which makes them ineligible for returns.
Orders can be canceled and fully refunded prior to shipment dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
If, for any reason, we cancel your order, rest assured that you will receive a full refund for any payments made.
EXCHANGES
We provide replacements for items under specific circumstances: when they arrive in a defective or damaged condition and remain unopened.

Refunds will be completed within a maximum of 15 days. For Cash on Delivery orders, a refund cheque will be credited to your bank account, payable to the "Billing Name" you provided during the order placement. In the case of prepaid orders via Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card, the refund will be returned to the original account or card used for payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for covering the shipping expenses when returning items.
