We accept orders at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on plantwise.store will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm IST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. We currently do not ship internationally.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
PlantWise is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, kindly check the product before you accept it.

If your package arrives and there's something wrong, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order at info@plantwise.store with your tracking number and receipt and preferably a picture demonstrating the issue. At our discretion, we may refund or replace your order. Because our products are fresh & preservative free, we do not accept returns.
Please note that all our products need to be kept refrigerated as we do not use any chemical preservatives. Do not freeze as this will spoil the product texture. Once you have opened the packaging, please consume within 15 days. We do not accept refunds or replacement requests if the products have been mishandled or stored incorrectly.
