Shipping Policy
A shipping fee shall be applicable in case order value being less than a total value of Rs.500 The shipping fee shall be on the basis of location and pincode for delivery. Please check the charges before checkout. Soyfair reserves the rights to modify/ waive off the shipping at any time or as the case may be.
Cash on delivery shall be permissible as per policies of the delivery partner.
Shipping fees shall be refunded only in case of cancellation of order before shipment or product being lost in transit or undelivered or product received by the consumer being with leakage or puffed (video proof of unpacking of the product shall be needed).
Refund Policy
The products are non returnable. Please also make note of the storage instructions. Only in case of puffed or leaked pouches or expired items, the returns would be possible. Please provide videography of the product while opening/ unboxing/ unpacking the product. The return request has to be raised within 5 days of delivery
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation has to be done before shipping the product. Being a food product, items are non-returnable or possibility for exchange. We would also request you to make note of the storage instructions. Only in case of puffed or leaked pouches or expired items such return or exchange would be possible. Would request to provide videography of the product while opening/ unboxing/ unpacking the products. Return/ exchange request needs to be ranged within 5 days of delivery.
