Returns are only accepted for the purpose of replacements in the following cases-
(i)manufacturing defect in the product/s;

(ii) delivery of product/s in damaged condition;

(iii) delivery of a defective or malfunctioning product/s; or

(iv) delivery of a product which is different to what was displayed on the digital platform.
