Vegan gulab jamun with coconut twist

Ingredients for jamun :

5 white bread slices (vegan)
2 tsp coconut milk powder
2 tsp maida
1/4th cup coconut milk
Oil for frying

Ingredients for sugar syrup:

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Procedure:
Grind the bread slices into fine powder. Add maida and coconut milk powder to it. Now knead the soft dough using coconut milk. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes make small balls of dough. Fry these balls in oil on a low flame till they are golden brown.

Now for sugar syrup mix sugar and water and let it boil to make one sting syrup (chachni). Now add a cardamom powder to it.

Now add the jamuns into to sugar syrup prepared and let it soak for 15-20 minutes.

Yummy, guiltfree, cruelty free gulabjamuns are ready to eat with a nice coconuty twist.
